This is where I should probably tell you a bit about me!
I’m Gillian and I am the founder of the Start A Little Fire blog, and host of the Sunday Night Motivation podcast.
I have a love of writing and a big interest in personal development and positive psychology. And I never cease to be amazed by people’s capacity to change their lives.
I also have a passion for learning and hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Diplomas in Coaching and Mindfulness CBT. My career history has involved working in the adult social work and education sectors.
I’ve enjoyed reading countless blogs and think it’s a great way to share and discuss ideas, and most importantly, learn.
There are things in life that link us all, no matter what our situation or circumstances. There’s stuff we should celebrate, and there’s tough times that take some effort to get through. And how we get through it, and what we get out of life, is different for all of us.
So, what starts a little fire in you?
